Virtually all software, no matter how rigorously tested, has some bugs. When we hear about any problems or bugs in Kepler, Sirius, or Pegasus, we immediately fix the problem, and put the update on our website. Within a half year of a new release of any of our products, it is a good idea to do this every3 to 6 months. If you don't find an update on our website, most likely you have purchased Kepler, Sirius, or Pegasus within a few months of release of the new version of Kepler, Sirius, or Pegasus and no bugs have been found yet.
We are determined to see that every customer is happy with any of our products and services. We insure that all of the programs that we offer perform well for each one of you. So if you have a problem and you cannot find the answer to your problem in the Help System, call us and we will do our best to straighten out the problem as soon as possible. If the problem is a minor one, you may prefer to write us about it.
